The Policy Agreement is a safeguard for any Person Conducting a Business or Undertaking (PCBU) to demonstrate that the company’s policies have been issued to their workers and are understood, including the rules, their roles and responsibilities.

Your workers should sign the Policy Agreement once all policies and supporting documents have been read, understood, and agreed. This document can be adapted to suit the policies you have implemented in your business.
