
PPE Register – Worker
Providing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to workers is quite often the only safety control available to minimise hazards and risks.
This Worker PPE Register allows the employer (PCBU) to record all PPE issued to a particular worker. As the worker signs on receipt of the PPE this provides proof of issue. It also helps to keep track of how often items are replaced through being lost, stolen, broken or simply from excessive use. This may highlight a trend and sturdier or better quality equipment may be required.
