As an employer (PCBU) you are required to provide Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to workers as it is quite often the only safety control available to minimise hazards and risks.

This Company Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Register allows a PCBU to keep a record of all PPE issued to workers and also keep track of when it may need replacing, such as filters for respirators.
