Asbestos Register
If you are responsible for a building and asbestos has been identified in the workplace, then you are required to have an up to date Asbestos Register. Most states or territories in Australia also have requirements for buildings constructed before a certain date even if no asbestos has been identified.
This Asbestos Register template allows you to clearly document the location, type and condition of asbestos, or Asbestos Containing Material (ACM) in each building or workplace. The use of this template will assist in managing your responsibilities in accordance with the Safe Work Australia Code of Practice - How to Manage and Control Asbestos in the Workplace.
