Management Plan or Management System - what's the difference?
A Management Plan is project-specific — it covers how WHS, environmental, or quality requirements will be managed on one particular site or project. A WHS Management System is a broader, company-wide framework covering your entire operations, often required when tendering with major head contractors or government departments.
